UNDP Ukraine Business Centre, within the framework of EU-UNDP project "Consumer Society and Citizen Network" hereby invites all interested and qualified parties to participate in the tender for the data collection for consumer satisfaction index measurement.

To enable you to submit a quotation, please find attached the Terms of Reference (with its translation into Ukrainian), a sample of the questionnaire and an Offeror Information Chart.

Please send your quotations together with the filled-in Offeror Information Chart to the following addresses:

- UN House in Ukraine 1, Klovskiy Uzviz, Kyiv, 01021, Ukraine — in closed envelopes marked with "Tender on consumer satisfaction index measurement";

- to the e-mail address — tenders@undp.org.ua — mentioning "Tender on consumer satisfaction index measurement" in the Subject of the letter.

The deadline for submissions is October, 10th, 2007, at 18:00 local time. Submissions arrived after the deadline will be disregarded.
