Dear Sir/Madam,

1. You are requested to submit a proposal for the development of drug abuse prevention program in general schools (of ²-²²² grade) in cooperation with the law enforcement institutions under UNDP project entitled “Programme for the Prevention of Drug Abuse and the Fight against Drug Trafficking in Belarus, Ukraine and Moldova (BUMAD)”, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (ToR).
