please be informed that from 14 to 16 May
2007, UNAIDS Office in Ukraine will host the Administrative Workshop, and from 17 to 18 May — UNAIDS Regional Management Meeting in Kyiv. The
premises for both events will be kindly provided by WB office. We would like to to announce the 

  
  
  
 

  
tender for delivering the following services:

1. Provision of 10 coffee-breaks;
2. Provision of stationary:
 — 3 flipcharts and 3 notebooks for flipcharts;
 — 1 screen for Projector;
 — 50 notebooks and 50 pens;
 — rent of 2 laptops during 2 days.

3. 3 hours excursion around the center of city and cultural places of
Kyiv (for 15 persons);
 1 river trip along the Dniper river for participants of the workshop
(for 15 persons)

4. Provision of 1 business lunch during the meeting for 60 persons.

The dead-line for submission of propositions is 5 May 2007.
