EXPRESSION OF
INTEREST
The UNDP Office in Ukraine has requested
assistance of UNDP/IAPSO for the supply of various types of equipment for
the EC funded “Enhancing Border Management Programme” in Ukraine”
(BOMUK-2).
This announcement relates to the procurement of
• 4 each of 8 persons Mini-bus, 4*4 wheel
drive
Included in the scope of supply will be training
of end-user’s instructors and mechanics, at up to 10 different locations
in Ukraine.
Consequently UNDP/IAPSO invites qualified
potential suppliers to express their interest in supplying the above
mentioned goods. The expression of interest must be received by
UNDP/IAPSO not later than 21 March 2006 and specify “Buses”, IAPSO Ref.:
CR81523.
Only vendors able to supply the required equipment
and prevailing from past experiences delivering the above equipment in the
region of destination will be considered.
The expression of interest must include the
following documentation:
• Copy of company registration form
signed by relevant local authorities. • Company profile indicating
the number of staff, core areas of expertise and experience, number of
years in the auto sale business • Certified financial reports for
the last three years. These reports in the form of Balance sheets will
display the annual turnover, annual profit and company’s own
capital; • List of international quality assurance certificates
held by the company; • Past successful experiences (names of project,
contact persons, country of use) in supplying similar types of vehicles.
The above documentation will be used as
pre-qualification criteria to invite potential suppliers to participate in
the subsequent bidding process.
It should therefore be noted that UNDP/IAPSO is
not obliged to invite to participate in the subsequent bidding process any
particular potential supplier who had expressed interest in this project.
Invitations to bid and any subsequent purchase
order will be issued in accordance with the rules and regulations of
UNDP/IAPSO.
