United Nations Development Programme in Ukraine is pleased to invite interested organizations to participate in a tender for a new premise in which UNDP Projects (9 in total) will be located. The main requirements for the premises are as follows.

• A building in the centre of Kyiv, located in close neighbourhood with 1, Klovsky uzviz;
• A building ready to move in with all the utilities functioning;
• Guarded building in a secure location;
• The required useful space is 900-1000 sq. m;
• If a multi-storeyed building the office location should be not lower than the 2nd floor and not higher than the 7th floor;
• Parking lot should be available at the building for at least 6 vehicles;
• A big conference room of about 50 sq.m is required;
• Other special requirements: a separate reception space; a separate space appropriate for creating a library; a separate drivers room of about 14 sq.m; a kitchen; a store place;

We also consider the options of premises with open space.

Програма розвитку ООН запрошує зацікавлені організації взяти участь у тендері на визначення нового приміщення під офіс для проектів ПРООН. Вимоги до приміщення наступні:

q Будівля, що знаходиться у центрі Києва, неподалік Кловського узвозу 1;

q Готовий до в‘їзду будинок з усіма комунікаціями;

q Будинок, що охороняється, та знаходиться у безпечному місці;

q Приміщення корисною площею 900 -100 кв.м;

q В разі розміщення у багатоповерховому будинку, офіс повинен бути не нижче 2-го поверху, але не вище 7-го поверху;

q Парковка біля будинку для мінімум 6 автомобілів;

q Офіс з конференц-залом площею 50 кв.м;

q Інші особливі вимоги: окреме місце для рецепції, окреме місце для можливості створення бібліотеки, окрема кімната для водіїв площею 14 кв.м, кухня, підсобне приміщення для складу

Також розглядаються варіанти приміщень з вільним плануванням.
