Description of the assignment: Development of Model Educational Programme
for acquiring qualification "Manager of multiapartment residential
house".

Duration of assignment / or end date (if applicable): December 20,
2011
Supervisor’s name and functional post: Iryna Skaliy, Project Manager of
"Municipal Governance and Sustainable Development Programme"
Payment arrangements:
- UNDP will pay negotiated lump sum amount in instalments. 20% of the amount
will be paid upon submission by Contractor to UNDP/MGSDP of his/her original
signed Invoice and draft of the Model Educational Programme amended according
to recommendations of the public discussion. The next 20% of the amount will
be paid upon submission by Contractor to UNDP/MGSDP of his/her original signed
Invoice the draft of the Model Educational Programme with three positive
scientific reviews of the Programme performed in writing by reputable
professionals working in the relevant Ministries, academia, in the area of
housing and communal economy, educational and advanced training Programmes
development. Final payment will be made within 30 days upon submission by
Contractor to UNDP/MGSDP of his/her original signed Invoice and deliverables
specified in line item 5 of block 4 "Deliverables" of this TOR.
Administrative arrangements:
- Contractor will be responsible for managing the process of the task
completion, its human resources, logistics and expenditures related with the
tasks in terms of time and adequacy.
- Contractor will rent/use at his/her own expense office space, any
equipment and materials that may require for completion of the task.
- Contractor will be responsible for all payments of personal/corporate
taxes and payments into the national social security plan and health
insurance. UNDP is exempt from any liabilities regarding taxes and national
social security.
