Answer: In line with the ToR – 12 days of site presence (Kyiv and Rivne,
Ukraine)
QUESTION 2: preferred

Answer: In line with the ToR, the proposed timing for the missions is as
follows: 1) First monitoring mission
in March 2011(total 15 working days including 5 days site
presence)
2) Second monitoring &
terminal evaluation mission (total 15 working days including 7 days site presence) in November 2011
(timing to be determined by the Consultant in a way to ensure that final version of the terminal evaluation report
submitted in electronic format (MS Word) to UNDP Country Office in Ukraine no
later than 15 December, 2011)
5 working days are allocated for home-based work on the assignment
QUESTION 3: allowable UN/UNDP Per Diem rate
Answer: Daily fee for Individual Contractor not exceeding USD
1,000.
Please note the contract will be based on a total lump sum amount,
