Subject: RFP for the organization of a training of Ukrainian government officials to an international training institution accompanied by the field visits to European government bodies to be exposed to the best international practices of common assessment framework and e-governance

1. You are requested to submit a proposal for the organization of training of Ukrainian government officials to an international training institution accompanied by the field visits to European government bodies, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

2. To enable you to submit a proposal, attached are:
