Your offer comprising of technical proposal and price schedule/financial proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, marked with “RFP: Feasibility study on SME development in the Transnistrian region” should reach the UNDP office no later than 5 April 2010, 16:00, local time.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
