Subject: RFP for the provision of services for conducting the operational research aimed at identifying major needs of MSM in essential HIV/AIDS

prevention, care and support services.

Dear Sir/Madam,

You are requested to submit a proposal for consultancy services under UNDP project entitled “Governance of HIV/AIDS”, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (ToR).

2. To facilitate the submission of a proposal, the following documents attached are:
