Subject: RFP for the provision of consultancy services on ESCO twin cooperation and transfer of experience.

1. You are requested to submit a proposal for consultancy services under UNDP project entitled "Removing Barriers to Greenhouse Gas Emissions Mitigation through Energy Efficiency in the District Heating System, Phase 2", as per attached Terms of Reference (ToR).
