TERMS OF REFERENCE
- Position Title: Data Base Assistant
- Unit: Counter-Trafficking
- Grade: Part-Time Position
- Duty Station: Kyiv, Ukraine
- Duration: 6 month with possibility of extension
General Functions: Under the direct supervision
of IOM Counter Trafficking Program Coordinator and in close cooperation with
other staff members of the CT Unit in Kiev, the incumbent will be based in Kiev
and be responsible for assisting IOM’s counter-trafficking activities in
Ukraine.
Specific Functions:
Maintain and keep up-to-date the IOM Counter-Trafficking Database
(MIMOSA).
Provide analysis of database information as requested.
Perform translation and interpretation functions as needed.
Assist in implementing anti-trafficking programme activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Desired qualification:
- Data-entry experience
- Analytical and process improvement skills a must
- Advanced PC knowledge
- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English an absolute requirement
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure
- Languages: Fluent Ukrainian, Russian and English.
