Duties and Responsibilities:

• Expert evaluation of the proposed IT activities in all subprograms;
• Supervision of development and implementation of the IT projects in all subprograms;
• Development and implementation of the necessary programme Web-infrastructure;
• Consultation and IT related technical assistance to the programme staff;
• Supervision of the administration, operation and maintenance of the programme office IT infrastructure;
• Train and support programme staff in all varieties of tasks that require the use of the IT methodology;
• Preparation and submission of periodic reports related to the areas of responsibility;
• Perform other functions/tasks when required.

Experience and Qualification:

• Experience in computer science for at least 5 years;
• Comprehensive work experience in development large projects for the Internet;
• Good skills in managing international, commercial and/or non-commercial software development projects;
• Excellent knowledge of modern Internet technologies such as HTML, XML, CSS, HTTP, Java Platform as well as RDBMS related technologies;
• Languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English;
• Good research and writing skills.
