Duties
and Responsibilities:
Under the direct
supervision of project manager and in close collaboration with community
development specialists and communication specialist the incumbent should be
responsible for:

Technical management of CBA web-site;
-
Design, support and maintain a comprehensive project
information management system, including internal monitoring system, database
of the CBA sub-projects, CBA participants (applicants and partners) and
electronic library of CBA documentation and different media materials;

Technical
backstopping of database creation and support in 24 oblast implementation
units of the project.
Experience and qualifications:
-
Good knowledge of operating systems, server software,
CGI languages and graphic software
-
Good knowledge of project management and relevant IT
tools;
-
Ability to perform a variety of standard specialized
and non-specialized tasks and work-processes that are fully documented,
researched, recorded and reported
-
Ability to review a variety of data, identify and
adjust discrepancies, identify and resolve operational problems
-
Ability to provide basic IT support services
-
3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
-
University degree or equivalent
-
Knowledge of
English is a must
