5. Duties and Responsibilities:

Under overall supervision of the National Programme Manager and Senior Technical Expert, the incumbent will be expected to:

·  Develop of the soft-ware products for Civic Internet Portal (including Java applets, HTML pages, Java scripts);

·  Create database on Oracle DB (including interfaces);

·  Produce a code of good quality in time;

·  Follow defined coding conventions;

·  Produce weekly report of the work done;

·  Perform other duties when requested.

6. Experience and Qualification:

·  Experience in computer science for at least 3 years;

·  Experience in participation of software development projects;

·  Proven good skills in software development in Java programming language and experience for at least 1 year;

·  Proven knowledge of modern Internet technologies such as HTML, XML, CSS, and HTTP;

·  Languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English;

·  Enthusiastic approach; quick problem solving skills; good taste;

·  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

·  Strong organizational and time management skills.
